Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: July 7, 2026

This policy explains how free trials, cancellations, and refunds work at Fairview Systems.

1. 7-Day Free Trial

Every subscription plan includes a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial, and you get full access to your chosen plan during the trial period.

2. Cancelling During the Trial

You may cancel at any time during the 7-day free trial and you will not be charged. If you do not subscribe, your trial simply ends and your data is preserved.

3. Paid Subscriptions Are Generally Non-Refundable

After the free trial ends and a paid subscription begins, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.

4. When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified technical issues on our side that prevented you from accessing the Service. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

5. Cancelling Future Renewals

You may cancel future renewals at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

6. Your Data Is Preserved

Whether your trial ends or you cancel a subscription, your data, documents, progress, and completed courses are preserved. Resubscribe at any time to regain full access.

7. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Manage your subscription from Subscription & Billing in your dashboard, or contact billing@fairviewsystems.com for refund requests related to duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues.
