2. The Service
Fairview Systems is a business operating platform that helps entrepreneurs form their business, build business credit, pursue funding, manage documents and contracts, and access education and resources. The Service provides informational tools and is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Free Trial & Subscriptions
Each plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription pricing is displayed at checkout. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on billing, cancellation, and refunds.
5. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

You retain ownership of the documents, contracts, and data you upload. You grant Fairview Systems a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

The Service, including its software, design, templates, and content, is owned by Fairview Systems and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Templates, guidance, and AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals before making legal, financial, or tax decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fairview Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though these terms' surviving provisions remain in effect.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
